Melissa brings a disability-centered perspective to accessibility consulting, helping organizations think more intentionally about how people move through spaces, websites, services, events, and customer experiences. Her work focuses on identifying barriers, improving the guest and customer journey, and building practical strategies that make accessibility part of the overall experience.
